The group was created after a simple text but has now ascended the ranks. After a tense beginning to the day, Cadet fencers Jaelyn Liu, Adeline Senic, and Kaitlyn Tan won the gold in a three-bout landslide.

In New York City, a Ukrainian Dance Company Finds Strength in Tradition
The Syzokryli Ukrainian Dance Ensemble was founded in 1978, and stands for a beautiful past, present, and future. "Syzokryli" has no direct translation in English, but harkens to graceful power: something that every woman in the traditional dance group radiates as they perform. Bonding even closer together in the events of the Russia-Ukraine War, the members of the ensemble seek to honor their ancestors and keep the Ukrainian tradition alive for future generations.

Run for your wife! Husbands take part in annual Wife Carrying Race
A beloved sport, at least 300 hundred years old, which originates with the Vikings, Wife Carrying is practiced all over the world on an annual basis. Dorking, UK held its 15th annual race Sunday afternoon, with a Lithuanian couple completing the 1,200ft course in record time. These winners will have the chance to compete in the World Wife Carrying Championship in Finland this summer.
