A 106-year-old from the Philippines is Vogue's oldest ever cover model

Vogue Philippines has named Apo Whang-Od, the oldest traditional Kalinga tattooist in the country, as their April cover model. Not only is Whang-Od the oldest person to appear on the cover of Vogue, but she is also the only member of her generation left who can create these cultural masterpieces. Whang-Od is training her grandnieces to become the next great tattoo masters in the Filipino community, eager to pass on this beautiful tradition.

Dwayne Johnson announces live-action ‘Moana’ is in the works

Dwayne Johnson's two daughters joined him in a social media post Monday to announce that preparations have begun for a live-action Moana. While the movie is still in its beginning stages of production, it will be the eighth Disney Princess story re-made after the release of "The Little Mermaid" in May 2023. Johnson spoke about the honor and privilege of bringing Polynesian culture to the big screen and confirmed that he will be reprising his role as Maui.

Giant Spoon Taken From Arizona Dairy Queen Found Thanks To Pokemon Go

Michael Foster, a 52-year-old resident of Phoenix, AZ, happened upon the giant red spoon that went missing from a local Dairy Queen while he was playing Pokemon Go. Phoenix police recovered the 15-foot spoon after Foster reported it, strapping it to the top of their cruiser to remove it from the scene. The owners of the Dairy Queen were offering a reward to anyone who could return the spoon, but Foster remarked that he was just happy they got it back.
